How Kivuko Vendor System Works
1. List your items
List all of your items in 4 simple steps. Add images, product names, description text, delivery costs and dispatch times, product & price variations (sizes, colors etc), even let customers put special instructions and messages to their orders, great for clothing and tailor made items. List them as Available, In Stock or Made-to-Order!
2. People buy your items
Kivuko attracts a vast amount of customers from every corner of Tanzania, seeking distinctive, authentic, high quality and unique items. They can purchase your goods directly from you using the secure Kivuko checkout. Each time a payment is processed, you will receive an email detailing your order.
3. You dispatch your items
Each time you receive an order, you must then dispatch your goods to your customer. You should print an invoice to your customer, and attach it to the parcel. Sign in to your account and mark your order as "shipped" along with its tracking number.
4. Funds transferred
On 1st and 15th of each month, your earnings are automatically transferred to your M-Pesa, Z-Pesa, or Bank account. Kivuko will invoice you for any sales commission owed on your month's sales, and will automatically deduct that amount from your funds transfer. You need only invoice your customer.
